AI Infrastructure Architect

We’re supporting a global engineering leader as they scale a next‑generation AI Infrastructure platform that will underpin every production agent across the organisation.We’re looking for a AI Infrastructure Architect to join the team on a remote basis The Opportunity:You’ll lead the design and evolution of a modern AI infrastructure platform (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability) enabling engineering teams to ship reliable, secure, and scalable agents at pace.You’ll standardise agent‑tool integration using MCP, build reusable service layers adopted across multiple teams, and define platform patterns that turn complex AI systems into predictable, enterprise‑ready products.The Experience You Need:Strong background in cloud platform engineering, including AI/ML infrastructure at scaleDeep expertise across AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock Agent Core) and IaC (Terraform, CDK)Hands‑on experience implementing MCP or similar agent‑tool integration patternsKnowledge of streaming and real‑time systems (Kafka, Redis Streams) and GPU schedulingProven reliability engineering experience: circuit breakers, graceful degradation, chaos engineeringAbility to lead multiple workstreams and guide engineers across deliveryIf this aligns with your next contract opportunity, please get in touch.
