Key responsibilities include overseeing global hospitality and facilities management, delivering customer-centric experiences, and maintaining strong partnerships with business stakeholders and external vendors. The SVP will also be tasked with fiscal responsibility, ensuring workplace solutions are culturally and regionally diverse, and leading a high-performing, globally distributed team.Applicants for the SVP, Workplace Services position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' of progressive global corporate experience in workplace management, corporate real estate, and employee experience. The role demands a leader with the ability to manage tactical execution while maintaining a strategic focus, and a proven track record of coaching and developing a professional team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment, be willing to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones, and have a degree or equivalent relevant experience. Professional certifications in facilities management are a plus.
