As an Operating Room Circulator RN , you serve as a central member of the perioperative team, ensuring that each surgical procedure is well-coordinated, organized, and patient-centered. In this role, you are responsible for preparing the operating room, verifying patient information, ensuring essential equipment and supplies are available, and maintaining a safe and orderly surgical environment. You anticipate the needs of the surgical and anesthesia teams, support them throughout each procedure, maintain accurate documentation, and act as the patient's advocate from arrival to transfer. Success in this environment requires strong attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and clear, professional communication.
