Use your license to make a real impact—helping seniors stay safe, healthy, and independent in their own homes.This is a full-time position with a variable schedule, typically Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required. This role requires frequent daily travel within your local region.Responsibilities:Specialize in senior therapeutic foot case, prioritizing lower extremity health and safetyAdhere to Belle protocols to guarantee a hygienic service, minimizing the risk of infectionConduct thorough foot assessments using Belle's mobile application during each service to escalate clinical concerns and observationsCultivate a positive rapport with members, fostering trust to effectively convey foot care education and promote enduring foot healthKeep accurate member records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and effective communication with Belle's administrative teamEnsure punctuality for all appointments through consistent good attendance and proper automobile maintenanceUpdates job knowledge by participating in Belle-provided continuing educational opportunitiesPromotes and assist with the booking of future appointments for members prior to ending the appointmentWorks within the scope of the Community Health Worker roleRequirementsExperience, Skills, & Personality Must be 18 years of age or olderValid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology's and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure (based on role location)May not be debarred or excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, FEHBP or any other federal or state government programsValid Driver's License and adequate car insurance is requiredAble to maintain reliable transportationBasic mobile device skillsCompleting and passing required credential checks (based on state location) including, but not limited to, a background check and drug testFrequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents and phone/tablet, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basisThis description reflects management's assignment of essential functions of the role and does not proscribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
