Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Assistant based in Alpharetta, GA. The Clinical Assistant will support medical staff by assisting with patient care, preparing treatment areas, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, and maintaining meticulous records. Responsibilities include working directly with patients, explaining treatments, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The role also involves conducting basic medical procedures under supervision and coordinating with the team to ensure optimal patient experience. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, team members, and other professionalsKnowledge of Medical Terminology and basic Medical proceduresUnderstanding of Medicine fundamentals and ability to assist with patient assessments and treatmentsExperience with Research and staying updated on the latest developments in healthcare and hair restorationCommitment to Patient Care, with a focus on delivering a high-quality, compassionate experienceAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate patient recordsPrevious experience in a medical office or clinical setting is beneficialBasic computer and documentation skills are preferable
