Bilingual Office Clerk

Job Description Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch)Pay: $18.50/hrJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (Spanish/English) Traffic/Clerical Coordinator to support our operations during a temporary leave period. This role is critical to daily warehouse flow and involves managing high call volume from truck drivers, accurately logging information, and coordinating dock assignments with internal staff.Key Responsibilities:Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from truck driversDetermine whether drivers are delivering or picking up loadsLog truck activity accurately and in real timeVerbally communicate driver status and details to another clerk for dock door assignmentSupport daily operations handling approximately 98 trucks per dayMaintain clear, professional communication with drivers and internal team membersUse Microsoft Outlook and Excel for basic data entry and communicationQualifications:Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)Comfortable handling heavy phone traffic in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and ExcelStrong communication and organizational skillsAble to work well with others and follow established proceduresReliable, punctual, and able to start work promptly at 6:30 AM (critical)Company Description Bluecore Staffing is a premier Dallas-Fort Worth staffing agency specializing in warehouse, distribution, production, fulfillment, clerical, and professional staffing solutions.We are not a typical staffing agency.
