Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Administrative Assistant based in Deerfield Beach, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Responsibilities include providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules and communications, handling clerical duties, and maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. Additional tasks include monitoring and responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations as well as acting as a point of contact among executives, team members, and external partners. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and handling a wide range of clerical tasksStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional CommunicationHigh attention to detail and organizational skills to support executive operationsAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectively, both in the office and remotelyProficient with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling softwareExperience in customer service or as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders is a plusAssociate degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
