We help creators grow their content, reach new audiences, land partnerships, and increase revenue.Think of us as a hybrid between:An influencer agencyA content strategy consultancyAnd a hands-on growth partnerWe work closely with creators not just as service providers, but as business partners—helping them explore new strategies, revenue streams, and opportunities beyond traditional brand deals.This includes:Improving content performanceExpanding monetization (brand deals, affiliates, new formats)Identifying new ways to grow their audience and businessWe’re a small, fast-moving team focused on execution, results, and building a new type of creator business.The RoleWe’re hiring an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day execution of the business.Your job is simple (but high ownership): Make sure everything gets done, nothing falls through the cracks, and the business runs smoothly without constant oversight.You’ll work directly with the founder and take ownership over client delivery, influencer operations, and internal systems.What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Client Operations (Agency Work)Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvalsCoordinate research, content creation, and publishingCommunicate with clients day-to-dayEnsure all work is delivered on time and at a high standard2. Influencer Operations (Creator Management)Monitor inbound messages (Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.)Identify and track brand deal opportunitiesManage communication and follow-ups with brandsKeep all deal conversations organized3. Brand Outreach ExecutionSend outbound emails/DMs to potential brand partnersBuild and maintain outreach listsTrack responses and manage follow-ups4. Execution of Content & IdeasTake high-level ideas from the founder and turn them into:Organized briefsTask listsExecution plansCoordinate with team members (VA, intern, contractors) to get things done5. Mythic Media Content & Case StudiesThis is a critical part of the role.Track and capture key “wins” across clients:Brand dealsHigh-performing contentCampaign resultsTurn those wins into:Case studiesSocial media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Educational content (carousels, breakdowns)Help showcase the company’s results and expertise publiclyYou won’t be responsible for all creative direction, but you will ensure ideas are executed, and results are documented6. Client Reporting & CommunicationPrepare and send monthly client updatesClearly communicate:Results and winsWork completedNext steps and strategy directionYour communication should make clients feel confident, informed, and excited about progress7.
