This role supports a fast-paced office environment and plays a key part in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.Job Description:The Operations Assistant is a hands-on role responsible for supporting office operations across several functional areas, including print and digital services, facilities coordination, front desk support, and mailroom logistics. This individual will be a go-to resource for internal teams, ensuring a seamless and professional workplace experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle print and digital production requests, including managing job tickets, operating office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners), and ensuring accurate processing and trackingAssist with general office operations such as workspace setup, conference room preparation, minor repairs, and office reconfigurationsCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, ensuring timely and accurate distributionProvide front desk and guest support, including greeting visitors, managing access, and assisting with meeting room schedulingSupport safety initiatives by assisting with office preparedness efforts, trainings, and compliance-related activitiesAct as a point of contact between internal teams and building management for facility-related needsMonitor shared communication channels and respond to internal requests in a timely, service-oriented mannerTrack operational metrics and assist with process improvements to enhance efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience3+ years of experience in office operations, print services, or a combined mailroom/production environmentFamiliarity with print equipment, mail handling processes, and general facilities supportAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong customer service mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approachExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships across teamsAdditional Details:This is an onsite, direct hire position in NashvilleMay require occasional schedule flexibility or overtime based on business needsHigh-visibility role with interaction across multiple departmentsPerks:Opportunity to work in a collaborative and professional office environmentExposure to multiple operational functions and teamsPotential for long-term growth and skill developmentCompetitive pay with the possibility of conversion to a permanent roleEligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
