Director of Operations

AVP of Operations & Client Success with 7-10+ years of experience in operations, client success, marketing, account management needed for a full-time, fully remote position with our agency client. Will have one direct report. Salary is 120-130K plus bonus.The AVP of Operations & Client Success is a hands-on leadership role responsible for aligning client strategy, program delivery, and operational execution. This position serves as the bridge between sales and execution, ensuring client programs are structured effectively, delivered successfully, and aligned with business goals.This role oversees high-value client relationships, fulfillment of contractual commitments, operational processes, team execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate brings both strategic leadership and a willingness to stay close to day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales leadership to ensure client commitments align with operational capabilitiesOversee delivery of client programs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time executionManage senior-level client relationships, presentations, and ongoing communicationsImprove workflows, systems, and processes to support scalable, consistent executionMonitor budgets, resource allocation, and delivery performance across active programsLead and support the marketing/operations team with clear direction, accountability, and hands-on involvementOversee contracts, documentation, compliance, and RFP/proposal supportHelp drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred7–10+ years of experience in operations, client success, marketing, account management, or a related fieldProven experience managing senior client relationships and cross-functional teamsStrong background in process improvement, execution oversight, and operational leadershipExcellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environmentWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-quality, consistent client deliveryStrong client satisfaction and retentionScalable systems and repeatable processesReduced need for executive involvement in daily operationsAdditional InformationReports directly to the CEORemote roleBenefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, paid time off, and bonus eligibility
