Warehouse Learning & Development ManagerJob Overview:The Learning &Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of the operations team. This role ensures that employees are well-equipped with the knowledge necessary to meet the company's operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations and a strong ability to create effective, engaging training content.Essential Responsibilities:• Design and implement training programs/modules focused on operational excellence, safety, and compliance. • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the operations team.• Collaborate with department managers to create tailored training solutions that align with operational goals.• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics; adjust programs as needed.• Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to operations training.• Ensure all training content and methods comply with company policies and industry regulations.• Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to reflect changes in processes and procedures.• Manage training schedules and logistics, ensuring that training sessions are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to daily operations.• Monitor the progress of trainees and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure skill retention and application.• Use data analysis to assess the impact of training on operational performance and make data-driven decisions for future training initiatives.Additional Responsibilities:• As assigned by Manager Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to meet training objectives.• Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and improve training programs.Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in Operations, with a strong focus on training and development
