Running Tech Rep (Remote - South California)

YOUR MISSIONPUMA is one of the fastest growing and most exciting running brands in the world and we are looking to expand the Run CATS program in North America. This team of Tech Reps is responsible for driving our running programming at a hyper-local level. We are looking for fast-paced individuals who have a passion for PUMA, running and life. Someone who can bring their knowledge of running to key PUMA accounts & partners in order to best educate on new product launches, motivate staff to drive sales, facilitate in-store events as well as plan and organise community running events. The Run CATS will be seen as the key point people at the regional level and will be the eyes & ears for the brand in their respective territories.Own your territory to help drive sales and grow brand awareness at specialty and sporting goodsBuild strong relationships with your accounts and work closely with them to grow the brand by understanding their business and what is important to them and their customersBe an expert in all things PUMA running-product & marketingUtilization of sales data to look for areas of brand growthEducate retail partners and consumers on PUMA technology: Responsible for training store associates on all product details, features & benefitsDevelop creative ways to engage with and motivate our partners to keep PUMA Running front of mindCreate and execute new and excitingrunningevents in person and virtually to help increase sales and brand awareness in key territoriesWork cross-functionally withthe sales, marketing, merchandising and footwear and apparel product teamswithin PUMA to streamline communications & planningRepresent PUMA at marketing events such as expos & races at both the local and national levelComplete weekly & monthly reports to track both your progress, PUMA's growth, and report back from the field with consumer feedbackYOUR TALENTBachelor's degree preferred3+ years Retail, sales, event, marketing, or customer service experience preferredExcellent presentation, public speaking & interpersonal skills both in person and virtuallyRunning retail experience preferredKnowledge and passion for running, products, and industry trendsEntrepreneurial & self-motivatedExcellent time management skillsCollaborative team player with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environmentsAbility to pivot on a dime and react to a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointTravel is required up to 75% of the timeValid Driver's License in good standingWorking and reliable vehicleThe hiring range base pay for this position is $47,200-$62,765 + Bonus + BenefitsPay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.PUMA is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
