Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Will assess the patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policiesWill oversee and supervise the shiftDemonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etcWill also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the teamWill monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physicianRN will follow hospital policy for medication administrationRN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patientsDelivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competenciesAssists/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patientsWhat we're looking for is a Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence with these qualifications:Associate's Degree is requiredLicense: Current RN license as required by state regulationsCertifications: CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hireSchedule: 3x12/4x10/5x8 + Days (7a-7p)/ Nights(7p-7a) + rotating weekends/every 3rd weekend/every weekend + on call, holidays, etc. (i.e. 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends)Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
