What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a service-oriented HR Consultant (HRC). The HR Consultant serves as a strategic HR business partner for a portfolio of internal client groups. Candidates considered for this position must be able to demonstrate previous experience in guiding key HR business strategy, critical decision making, high service commitment, and successful performance in mediating employee relations outcomes. A Master's Degree and eight years of relevant work experience are preferred. Strong preference will also be given to candidates who currently have a PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time Basis.What You Will DoPartner with internal constituents to provide HR services to our clients and serve as a strategic resource to client leadership on all employment mattersServe as the HR Consultant for designated client groups with low to moderately complex needsAssist with routine and moderately complex employee relations/performance issuesPlay a vital role in supporting and driving organizational change by empowering client leaders to make key business decisionsParticipate in workforce planning and resource allocations as led by client leadershipDevelop and implement strategies for designated departments based on knowledge of sound HR practices and operational objectivesDevelop training sessions to support effective team building to designated departmentsProvide support to the HR Consulting team by providing data collection, analysis and secondary support on employee relations issues and investigationsAbility to comply with University policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendance
