The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the integrity, compliance, and growth of all dental programs within the organization. This includes maintaining operations within the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency Program and aligning it with local, state, and federal compliance regulations. The EVP will also be responsible for the overall improvement and expansion of dental services, requiring extensive experience in developing and analyzing new expansion strategies.Applicants for the EVP position must hold a DMD or DDS from an accredited school of dentistry, with a Master’s degree in public health or a minimum of three years of public health experience. A minimum of three years of management experience in a healthcare setting is also required. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage a large team, oversee quality initiatives, and ensure survey readiness for various accreditation bodies.
