What Youll Be Doing Operate and monitor asphalt plant systems to ensure safe, efficient production. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to support reliability. Adjust plant controls to achieve targeted mix specifications and production levels. Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records. Support safe site operations by following established policies and participating in housekeeping efforts. What We Are Looking For Ability to operate and troubleshoot fixed and mobile equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail to maintain mix quality and equipment performance. Capability to work independently and collaborate with plant and field teams. Willingness to learn plant processes, control systems, and safety procedures. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
