Our client, a leading casino created by gamblers for gamblers, is seeking a Social Media Community Manager (Online Casino) to join their rapidly growing global team.In this role, you’ll manage their online casino community, moderate discussions, create content calendars, and engage with trending topics. The position requires experience in social media and community management, with a particular passion for online casinos.Responsibilities:Community Management: Engage with casino enthusiasts in the online community, fostering interactions and encouraging user-generated content to enhance participation.Content Creation: Develop and manage content calendars to ensure a steady, engaging online presence. Curate and share relevant and compelling content that resonates with the audience.Social Media Monitoring: Oversee social media channels and groups to spot trends and engagement opportunities. Track conversation spikes related to posts, promotions, or competitors, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.Social Media Strategy: Contribute to crafting and executing comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns to drive community growth. Analyse and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the social media management workflow to enhance efficiency and community satisfaction.Trend Identification: Stay informed about industry trends and capitalize on emerging topics relevant to the online casino community, flagging significant trends for brand engagement.Requirements:Proven experience in social media management and/or community moderation.Strong passion and knowledge of the online gambling industry.Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, including Meta, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with a passion for community building and engagement.Native Australian speaker.
