This position is ideal for a motivated legal professional with trial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlementConduct thorough investigations and engage experts to build compelling casesDraft and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsRepresent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedingsPrepare clients and witnesses for trial and conduct effective cross-examinationsNegotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlementsCollaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to advance case strategyMaintain detailed case records and timely communication with clientsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil trial lawProven record of successful trial outcomes and courtroom proficiencyStrong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with case management software and e-discovery tools
