Our commitment extends beyond the courtroom, with an active focus on supporting and improving our communities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in-person Paralegal position based in our Philadelphia, PA office. The role supports a fast-paced Plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation practice and involves close daily collaboration with an experienced trial attorney in a one-on-one working relationship.The position includes managing a full personal injury litigation caseload from intake through trial. Responsibilities include managing active litigation files, coordinating discovery, organizing and summarizing medical and litigation records, drafting pleadings and correspondence, assisting with trial preparation and communicating with clients, experts and Pennsylvania courts. Additional responsibilities include case calendaring, filing pleadings, coordinating service, answering and serving discovery, managing records and litigation deadlines, scheduling matters and handling daily mail and email review and phone calls.This position offers meaningful responsibility in a complex, fast-paced environment and direct involvement in high-value cases.QualificationsPrior experience in a law firm settingPrior experience in a Plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm setting preferredParalegal certification preferredExperience managing a personal injury litigation caseload independentlyExperience with case calendaring, filing pleadings, coordinating service, answering and serving discovery, managing records and litigation deadlines and trial preparationAbility to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced litigation environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsFriendly and team orientedProfessional demeanor and strong organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferredBenefitsOpportunity to work closely with really good peopleCompetitive salaryFull health insurance benefitsEmployer percentage match 401(k) retirement planPaid time offDirect exposure to all phases of civil litigationLong-term career growth and professional satisfaction
