HR GeneralistPremier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Newtown Square/King of Prussia, PA. Position Summary: As an HR Generalist at Premier, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our dedicated team. This is a full-time, hybrid, day-shift position. Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Policy Management: Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while keeping HR policies current and effective. Employee Relations: Providing guidance on performance issues and navigating sensitive employee relations matters. Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruiting for clinical and non-clinical positions and delivering an exceptional onboarding and offboarding experience. Benefits & Leave Administration: Assisting with benefits programs and administering FMLA and Leaves of Absence. Performance Management: Supporting leadership with departmental reorganizations and performance initiatives. HRIS & Reporting: Maintaining accurate employee data and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and enhance strategies. Training & Engagement: Identifying training needs and conducting engagement surveys to recommend improvements. Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree OR 38 years of equivalent HR experience. Licenses & Certifications: PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HR Representative handling recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and policy administration. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Healthcare experience is preferred. Must be able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.
