Responsibilities Include :• Assist the CEO with day-to-day projects, research, follow-up tasks and operational support.• Help manage Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce marketplace operations, including listings, compliance issues, account maintenance and troubleshooting.• Monitor pending orders, verify orders are importing properly into systems, and help identify issues before they become larger problems.• Respond professionally to customer service emails and assist with customer issue resolution.• Cross-train and assist other departments as needed, including order entry, shipping, sales support and customer service.• Coordinate vendor projects by gathering quotes, scheduling appointments, researching solutions, organizing information, and helping management make informed decisions.• Research unfamiliar topics using AI tools, online resources, and vendor communication to become knowledgeable before projects begin.• Assist with office efficiency improvements, workflow optimization, automation ideas, and operational organization.• Help analyze data using Excel, pivot tables, and reporting tools to assist with monthly reporting and business analysis.• Assist with product setup and operational support for online marketplaces and internal systems.• Provide support at an annual Las Vegas trade show, including booth setup and customer interaction.
