HR Administrative Assistant

Full job description:We are seeking a highly organized and professional English/Spanish-speaking HR Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our busy office. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support to HR Director.Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.Serve as a liaison between the office and other organizations through written and verbal communication as needed.Assist with preparation, organization, and management of documents and files.Coordinate scheduling and logistics related to meetings and appointments.Maintain accurate records, track status, and ensure files are properly organized and updated.Conduct online research and assist with gathering information required as needed.Perform general administrative duties such as document preparation, scanning, filing, and correspondence.Qualifications:Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.LHCSA experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, internet research, and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.Willingness to learn and develop knowledge procedures and documentation.Summit Home Care is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
