Job Overview
Chazin & Company is hiring a part-time HR/Admin Assistant to support its Senior HR Generalist in delivering efficient HR services across a fully remote team. This role involves administrative and operational support in onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Track compliance tasks such as training and policy acknowledgments
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Generate HR reports and compile requested data
Provide general administrative support to HR operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1–5 years in administrative or HR support roles (remote experience a plus)
Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., PrestigePRO)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
