The DCFO will work closely with the CFO to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Finance Division, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the achievement of the company's mission. Key responsibilities for the DCFO include overseeing core financial operations such as financial reporting, accounting, cash management, payroll, investments, and benefit-related disbursements, all in compliance with relevant standards. The role also involves leading financial initiatives, analyzing complex financial information, and collaborating across departments to enhance fiscal management practices. Candidates for the DCFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA license and at least 10 years' of experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 3 years' in senior-level finance management. Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships. An advanced degree and experience in public pension systems or government financial organizations are preferred.
