Key responsibilities for the CFO include modernizing financial processes, strengthening controls, and developing analytics. The role demands a proactive and ethical finance leader with a background in hospitality or private club environments, who can lead a high-performing finance team and ensure the organization's financial health and growth. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with a CPA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership role is required, along with a strong knowledge of GAAP and comprehensive accounting experience. Experience in multi-entity financial management and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite are essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience with club management software.
