Locums CRNA - Alaska Ambulatory Surgery Center - Nerve Block Experience Required

Aya Locums is seeking 1-2 skilled CRNAs to provide locum services at an ambulatory surgery center in Fairbanks, Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA comfortable practicing independently with strong nerve block skills. Coverage is needed starting January 19, 2026, and ongoing. The surgery center offers on-site housing in an adjacent duplex property or will cover all expenses.Job Details:Case Types: General Surgery, Hernias, Eyes, Ears, Sinus, Ortho General, Colonoscopies (no urology, no complex hospital cases)Setting: Ambulatory Surgery CenterSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (procedures start at 7:30am), 40-hour work weekAnnual Volume: Approximately 2,800 cases annuallyNerve Block Requirements: Interscalenes (primary), supraclavicular, infraclavicular, axillary, adductor canal, genicular PENG, popliteal blocks, TAP blocks.
