Junior Java Full-stack DeveloperWe are seeking an early-career engineer to help construct, deploy, and maintain advanced decision-making tools designed to streamline complex supply chain and routing networks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between mathematical optimization and software delivery, turning intricate operational challenges into scalable digital tools across the full product lifecycle.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild interactive web platforms and data pipelines that optimize route planning, asset allocation, and real-time disruption handling.Craft high-impact data visualization interfaces to give stakeholders actionable operational insights.Maintain, test, and enhance existing algorithm-driven software applications.Partner with cross-functional domain experts and software teams to modernize workflow processes.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of professional software development experience.Backend & Math: Solid foundational coding skills in Java and Python, paired with exposure to operations research, linear programming, or spatial analytics.Frontend & Data: Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL database management, and Linux/UNIX environments.Bonus: Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and complex UI design.Work Logistics & PerksFormat: 12-month contract based in Midtown Atlanta (Hybrid: 3 days onsite).Onsite Perks: Access to a modern facility with an on-site gym, dining options, and covered parking.Benefits: W2 contractors are eligible for a robust package including medical, dental, vision, FSA, and a 401(k) with up to a 4% company match.Note: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
