Telecom Expense Management Analyst

Job Summary – Telecom Expense Management Analyst Analyze large telecom expense data using analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize expenditures. Manage and audit telecom invoices (wireless, landline, data, cloud) for accuracy, overcharges, and cost efficiencies. Develop financial analysis, budget forecasts, and reports to support strategic initiatives and optimize telecom expenses. Establish and optimize processes for telecom expense management including asset tracking, invoice analysis, and vendor payments. Generate and analyze ServiceNow and PeopleSoft reports; ensure data integrity and accurate asset records with telecom carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon). Lead process improvements to streamline expense management, resource allocation, and project spend tracking. Collaborate with Operations Support Analysts and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership. Prepare and evaluate status reports, budget forecasts, and monitor spending to ensure projects are within budget and timelines. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, project budget variances, and non-usage of mobile devices. Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, databases), PowerPoint, and AI tools for data analysis and presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new telecom technologies and automation solutions for manual processes. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Required: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (preferred) and 10+ years of related experience in Telecom Expense Management and financial analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
