Job DescriptionClient Summary:High-growth, tech-enabled healthcare services organization focused on improving financial outcomes for healthcare providersDelivers technology-enabled operational solutions to complex healthcare reimbursement challengesPartners with healthcare organizations to drive operational efficiency and measurable revenue improvementCombines data-driven processes with deep industry expertise to support scalable performanceKnown for a consultative approach that helps healthcare clients optimize financial and operational resultsPosition Responsibilities:Lead and optimize end-to-end operations for healthcare claim dispute resolutionBuild scalable workflows, systems, and operational playbooksDrive efficiency improvements to reduce manual work and headcount dependencyManage high-volume, detail-oriented case workflows with precisionEstablish operational KPIs (resolution rates, cycle time, productivity, accuracy)Identify and implement technology solutions to improve scalabilityLead and develop operations team (15-30+ employees)Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure seamless deliveryExperience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:10+ years of experience in healthcare services, RCM, or healthcare techProven experience leading operations or delivery teamsExperience with healthcare claims, billing, or dispute workflowsDemonstrated success improving operational efficiency and scalabilityBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Experience and Qualifications:Experience in federally regulated healthcare workflows (e.g., dispute resolution)Background in RCM services companies (e.g., AGS, Asperion, etc.)Experience in early-stage or scaling organizationsExposure to automation, AI, or workflow optimization toolsConsulting background with strong process orientationCompensation $200k-$250kFull health, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plan through 401(k)Flexible time off
