Service Technician (Maintenance) – Immediate, full-time position to support the affordable housing units managed by the Coventry Housing Authority.Individual to perform skilled and semi-skilled diversified duties in connection with the maintenance of units, buildings, grounds, and equipment. Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and custodial work is required in a 40-hour week with rotating on-call schedule. This position will report to the Maintenance Foreman and work with a current team of four. Position will have high degree of interaction with staff and residents requiring professional customer service skills at all times.Coventry Housing Authority offers competitive wages, medical and dental benefit packages, and participates in the Employees Retirement System of Rhode Island.
