Maintenance Associate

The Maintenance Associate will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.**Responsibilities**- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, process equipment, and building systems.- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs and perform emergency maintenance or escalate issues.- Perform project related tasks including assembly and installation of workstations, safety equipment, and warehouse racking.- Perform interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal along with general repairs to assist with upkeep of facility (i.e., painting, housekeeping)- Utilize work order system (EMaint) to track and document status of work orders- Follow end of day closing procedures to secure building- Perform other related duties as assigned.**Education and Experience**- High School diploma or equivalent- Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, operate a forklift and use hand tools and other related equipment- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adhere to safe work practices- Proficient with MS Office- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS), preferred**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
