We’re partnering with a fast-growing organization in Hudson County that’s looking to add a sharp, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to their team. This is a high-impact role supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment, with heavy exposure to HRIS, employee support, and cross-functional collaboration.What You’ll DoAct as the go-to resource for employee HR inquiriesManage accurate & timely data entry in Dayforce (hires, terms, comp changes, updates)Maintain job codes, pay rates, and org structures to ensure clean data integritySupport employees with Dayforce self-service, benefits, time tracking, and policiesPartner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Benefits, Field HR, and Payroll teamsAssist with onboarding coordination, system setup, and employee record managementAudit timecards, employee data, and payroll-related changesLeverage Advanced Excel to analyze HR data and generate actionable reportsConduct HRIS audits and support compliance-related requestsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience with Dayforce or ADP Workforce NowStrong HRIS/data management experience in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel skills (complex formulas required)High attention to detail with the ability to audit large datasets and resolve discrepancies
