Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager We are seeking an HR Manager who demonstrates sound executive judgment, the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, and a thoughtful, employee‑centric approach, while serving as a trusted partner to the Corporate HR Manager and Human Resources leadership team.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Provide day-to-day HR support across payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.Partner with leadership to plan and implement organizational changes while ensuring confidentiality.Maintain and update personnel records, including performance, disciplinary actions, and employee status changes.Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment.Support recruiting efforts including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and maintaining applicant tracking.Administer leave programs, workers’ comp, and return-to-work processes.Process payroll changes and assist with payroll administration.Assist with company-wide events, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.Respond to employee inquiries and offer thoughtful HR solutions.Conduct exit interviews and coordinate termination procedures.Stay informed on current HR best practices and compliance updates.Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentDemonstrated strength in employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and performance managementExperience with timekeeping, attendance management, and workforce schedulingSolid knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and HR best practicesBilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)Proficient with HRIS systems, time and attendance platforms, and the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsProven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentialityWillingness and flexibility to work one late evening per week and one Saturday per monthPrior experience supporting an hourly manufacturing workforceCompensation:Salary Up to $100,000BonusBenefits:Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Time OffEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
