Our client, a fast-growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who is Operations and business driven with a People-first attitude. This isn’t a traditional HR role. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be embedded in the business. It is a high visibility role. You’ll partner with leaders to drive performance, strengthen teams, and build a culture people actually want to be part of.
