That follow up IV with the panel DOES NOT have to be in person. A skill exercise will be part of the interview process also as the team has spoken with candidates who show years and years of experience on paper...but sometimes we find that's not the case. So to re-cap: there will be one basic interview and the second (more of an interactive one) to test their experience.ABOUT THE ROLEEvaluate test automation tools and lead the transition from manual to automated testing. Build and implement test automation frameworks, provide QA support, and define/update quality standards.
