Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in OR nursing, with specific pediatric experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.Responsibilities:Deliver skilled nursing care in the Operating Room across various specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Spine, and NeurosurgeryProvide perioperative support to patients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout surgical proceduresCollaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesParticipate in backup call rotations as required (approximately one call per month)Adapt to floating assignments, potentially covering sister campuses within a 50-mile radiusQualifications:Current RN license with at least 2 years of Operating Room experiencePediatric OR experience mandatoryBLS certification required; CNOR preferredProficiency with Epic EMR systemPrior travel nursing experience highly preferredDegree accreditation or a minimum of five years experience mandatoryAbility to meet strict documentation deadlines and submission requirementsShift:12-hour day shiftsFriday: 6:30 AM 7:00 PMSaturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM 7:30 PMLocation:North Fort Myers, FL provides a warm and welcoming community with close proximity to beautiful scenic views and recreational outdoor activities.
