Role: Senior Technical Accounting Lead-M&A, Investments & TreasurySFO, CA-Hybrid6+monthsJob Description:The role will support the global accounting organization to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting over a variety of complex areas - specifically hedge accounting, investments (including ASC 321, ASC 323, ASC 310, ASC 810), mergers and acquisitions, and debt financing. You have strong technical research skills, experience dealing with highly judgmental topics, excellent writing skills, ability to manage different stakeholders and competing priorities and superb attentiveness to details. You will manage interactions with valuation specialists and external auditors to provide explanations, supporting documentation and drive timeliness of their work.This role is based in San FranciscoRequired Skill:At least 10 years of technical accounting experience.Technical experience in dealing with transactions in Hedge accounting, M&A and Investments.CPA certification or equivalent is required.The ability to thrive in a changing environment and be able to work with senior management to influence decision making, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
