HR Business Partner (HRBP)Location: Manteno, IL (Fully On-site, 5 days per week)About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support our U.S. teams across Sales, Product, R&D, and Operations.This role combines business partnering, recruiting, and HR execution, and requires someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support recruiting efforts for key roles across Sales, Product, R&D, and OperationsBuild and manage candidate pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill rolesPartner with business leaders on organizational planning, hiring priorities, and team effectivenessProvide support on employee relations and day-to-day HR mattersSupport performance management, employee development, and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal policiesCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams as neededRequirementsFluency in both Mandarin and English is requiredThis role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the futureAbility to work fully on-site in Manteno, IL, 5 days per week is required5+ years of HRBP or recruiting experience, with strong hands-on execution capabilityProven ability to support both hiring and broader HR responsibilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience supporting both commercial and technical teamsExperience in fast-growing or multinational environments
