Outside Sales Manager

A growing, well-established metals company is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive business development and manage key customer relationships across South Florida. This is a high-impact role focused on revenue growth, client retention, and market expansion.What You’ll Do:Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive new businessBuild and maintain relationships with fabricators, manufacturers, and industrial clientsIdentify customer needs and provide tailored metals solutions (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.)Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closePartner with internal teams (operations, pricing, logistics) to ensure seamless deliveryTrack activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRMWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of outside sales experience in metals, steel distribution, or industrial productsStrong understanding of metals products and applicationsProven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to open doors and build long-term client relationshipsSelf-starter with a hunter mentality and strong follow-throughComfortable working independently in a field-based roleWhat’s Offered:Competitive base salary + uncapped commissionEstablished book of business (plus strong upside for new growth)Mileage reimbursement / car allowanceBenefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Opportunity to join a stable company with strong leadership and growth trajectoryLocation: Territory-based (Must live in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach County)
