Lead BaristaLocation: Lakewood Ranch, FL 34221Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Barista to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. As the Lead Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of coffee beverages, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards.Lead, train, and motivate barista team members to deliver exceptional customer service.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred.Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Passion for coffee and commitment to quality.Reliable, punctual, and a team player.Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
