Integrate IVR platforms with backend services and data systems. Ensure reliability and customer experience quality.Knowledge of development tools like VS Code, Python Notebooks, and SoapUI/PostmanExperience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and ClarityUnderstanding of orchestration tools like SSIS and NodeRedFamiliarity with infrastructure technologies like OpenShift, containerization, and virtual machinesKnowledge of AI/ML technologies, including NLP/NLU, IBM Watson, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI, and Google AIExperience with cloud-native technologies and practicesPrevious experience delivering NLP solutions such as IVR, chat bots, interaction routing, and natural language classification5-7+ years of experience in technical implementation.
