Assembler/Operator

The Process Operator troubleshoots process problems during production. What You'll Do: * Learn and assist in operating the aluminum dip braze process, a key stage in manufacturing aerospace-grade components. * Operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots with hands-on training and supervision. * Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine maintenance checks on a weekly basis. * Produce and process parts daily to meet quality and production targets. * Follow strict safety protocols and always wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.). * Participate in ongoing training, team briefings, and continuous improvement efforts. What We're Looking For: * Strong interest in manufacturing, aerospace, or mechanical operations. * Willingness to learn technical processes and follow step-by-step procedures. * High attention to detail and a strong sense of safety awareness. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided). * Dependable and punctual * Be part of building something that matters — every single day *Qualifications* *QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE* * Minimum of 1 year of experience in area of responsibility. * High School (High school diploma) or GED *ADDITIONAL INFORMATION* * This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
