Assembler

*Schedule: *Monday - Thursday 4 10's (7am-5:30pm) *Requirements* * Prior experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment is a plus * Basic math and measurement skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required *Responsibilities* * Maintain accurate production and operational records. * Assemble small components and products using hand tools and established procedures. * Inspect work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. * Follow company safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines. * Prepare materials and components for production activities. * Complete general production support tasks. * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. * Review completed work for accuracy, quality, and consistency. * Support additional departmental and operational needs as assigned Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Assembly: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
