Assembler/Operator
The Process Operator troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.

What You'll Do:
* Learn and assist in operating the aluminum dip braze process, a key stage in manufacturing aerospace-grade components.
* Operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots with hands-on training and supervision.
* Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine maintenance checks on a weekly basis.
* Produce and process parts daily to meet quality and production targets.
* Follow strict safety protocols and always wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.).
* Participate in ongoing training, team briefings, and continuous improvement efforts.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

*QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE*
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in area of responsibility.
* High School (High school diploma) or GED
*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*
* This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
