# # ############################## $*BONUS ELIGIBLE POSITION*$ # Position Summary Provides nutritional care and support to in-patients and physician-referred outpatients according to established guidelines and under the immediate supervision of the clinical manager. # Job Responsibilities Performs nutritional assessments on patient to determine nutritional status and make appropriate recommendations. Interviews patients to obtain information regarding the patient#s nutritional status. Reviews doctor#s orders for dietary requirements and modified diets for patients. # Education/Experience Bachelor#s degree from accredited institution with a major in food and nutrition, in conjunction with Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education approved program. Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred but will accept registry eligible*. Certification with the state of Indiana or application for certification within one month of Registration.
