For an international touring orchestra concert production company, HRRE is recruiting experienced Tour Managers / Production Managers (m/f/d) for large-scale touring shows worldwide.We are seeking both:Touring professionals experienced in life on the road (bus touring), andRemote Production Managers skilled in concert advancing and technical coordination.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-level concert productions in renowned venues across Europe and internationally.About the ProductionsThese international touring concert productions bring together world-class musicians, orchestras, and technical teams to deliver spectacular live shows in arenas, concert halls, and festivals.The productions are technically complex, detail-driven, and executed to the highest professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary depending on your profile and assignment and may include:Tour & Production PlanningAdvancing concerts with venues, promoters, and local production teamsCoordinating stage plans, technical riders, schedules, and staffingLiaising with venue managers, suppliers, and logistics partnersOn-Site Tour Management (Touring Roles)Managing daily tour operations on the road (bus touring experience preferred)Overseeing load-in, soundcheck, rehearsals, show, and load-outCalling cues, managing transitions, and keeping performances on timeRemote / Advancing Production ManagementTechnical advancing and pre-production coordinationCreating show schedules and solving technical challengesSupporting touring teams with documentation and communicationLogistics & Budget OversightCoordinating transport of crew and equipmentManaging daily tour logistics and technical schedulesHandling budgets, expenses, and show reporting where requiredTeam & Stakeholder CoordinationActing as the central point of contact for artists, technicians, drivers, venues, and promotersLeading touring teams and ensuring clear communicationPreparing show reports, incident documentation, and post-show feedbackYour Profile3+ years of experience in touring concert production, tour management, or production managementExperience with bus touring and/or remote advancingStrong understanding of technical production (audio, lighting, staging, video)Confident working with venues, promoters, promoters, and local crewsHighly organized, solution-oriented, and technically savvyComfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environmentsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and travelInternational touring experience is a plus
