CRAFT TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our Recruiting Team. Tasked with finding talented individuals for key roles supporting the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities.ResponsibilitiesFull cycle recruiting process for both professional and field staffWork with business leaders to develop targeted recruiting strategies for all positions as assignedScreen resumes for appropriate experience, credentials, skills, and knowledgeConduct in-person and phone screen interviews to determine technical and cultural fitBuild effective business partnerships with both Workforce Development & HR TeamsOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build strong candidate pipelinesSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersBuild internal and external industry relationshipsSource candidates and utilization of sourcing toolsWork with candidates to complete onboarding process and ensure their ability to startProvide market intelligence and interview feedback to business leadersAssist in recruitment marketing strategiesQualifications2+ years working in construction, engineering, technical or craft recruiting preferredAbility to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiativeStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExperience with any ATS, iCIMS preferredAbility to effectively implement new processesStrong networking and relationship-building SkillsExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience utilizing sourcing tools; LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, Social Media etc. preferredProficient with MSFT Office Applications.Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldSafety LevelThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.#NXCLIND1
