We are committed to empowering our employees and enhancing their skills to drive success in all aspects of sales and customer engagement.About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while supporting broader People & Culture initiatives as needed. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent nationwide while partnering closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to build effective and strategic hiring processes.What You'll DoManage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding handoffPartner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and structured interview processesProactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referralsBuild and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market insights, and hiring trendsIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and processesSupport onboarding coordination and help deliver a positive new hire experienceContribute to People & Culture initiatives such as employer branding, recruiting programs, and HR projects as neededWhat You Bring2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organizationExperience recruiting across multiple states or on a national basisExperience recruiting sales professionals strongly preferredHands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Experience with Predictive Index or similar behavioral assessment tools is a plusStrong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skillsWhy OpenWorks?Unique opportunity to help shape and evolve our internal talent acquisition processesPlay a key role in strengthening the organization by attracting and hiring top talentContribute to projects and initiatives that directly shape our company's successCollaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organizationCompetitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to grow your career in a forward-thinking and inclusive environmentReady to Help Build the Team Behind Our Success?OpenWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
