IFM Transformation DirectorLocation: On-site – Mountain View, CABoden Talent is partnering with our client, a global organisation operating a large, complex facilities portfolio, to appoint an IFM Transformation Director. This is a senior leadership role with a strong strategic and operational mandate, focused on transforming how Integrated Facilities Management services are delivered at scale.This role sits directly beneath the IFM Director and plays a critical part in shaping operating models, driving innovation, and ensuring consistent, high‐performing service delivery across a multi‐site environment.The RoleYou will lead enterprise‐wide IFM transformation initiatives while maintaining senior‐level oversight of daily operations. The position combines executive stakeholder engagement, programme leadership, and financial accountability in a fast‐paced, high‐profile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as deputy to the IFM Director, supporting strategic decision‐making and portfolio leadershipLead large‐scale transformation programmes including technology implementation, operating model standardisation, and process optimisationDrive performance through data, analytics, and KPI management across hard and soft servicesOversee major IFM budgets, forecasting, and cost‐optimisation initiativesBuild and lead high‐performing, management‐level teams across multiple locationsManage senior vendor relationships and ensure contractual and operational excellenceSupport new site launches, expansions, and major capital initiativesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline8+ years' experience in facilities or property management within complex portfolios5+ years leading management‐level teamsProven success delivering cross‐functional transformation programmesStrong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilityExecutive presence with the ability to influence at senior leadership levelWhy ApplyHighly visible leadership role with genuine strategic influenceOpportunity to shape and modernise IFM delivery at scaleWork within a progressive, transformation‐focused environmentCompetitive compensation and long‐term career progression
