Salesperson for Air Conditioning and Heating

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson specializing in Air Conditioning and Heating systems to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our HVAC solutions, engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored recommendations. Your expertise will help clients improve comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality while ensuring they receive exceptional service from consultation through installation and maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales acumen in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Must haveHVAC experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers to assess their heating, cooling, and ventilation needs, providing expert advice on HVAC products and services Promote and sell a wide range of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and mechanical systems to residential and commercial clients Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and confidently Collaborate with service technicians and installation teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately Maintain detailed knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and equipment repair techniques Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients based on their specific needs Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Requirements Proven experience in construction-related fields or as a service technician within HVAC or refrigeration industries Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC design, schematics interpretation, plumbing, refrigeration systems (including ammonia refrigeration), boilers, and appliance repair Field service experience with equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and boiler operation is highly desirable Ability to read technical diagrams such as schematics and understand HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems Ability to read Blueprints Proficiency with testing tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive sales approach Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a high level of professionalism Join us if you’re passionate about delivering top-tier HVAC solutions!
